So, how did we get here?

The perfect day started with a lot of skepticism!

So it all started off as a late night conversation. We came across an Apache Mesa and decided we’d go take a look. A couple days later and we started getting excited. No title. No Problem. Although, in reality, we felt a little uneasy.
Then, we saw Aaron’s post. The exact camper we wanted and for $200? There had to be a catch but he was also selling all the extra parts at half price. We messaged him that night and confirmed a time to come check it out… What could go wrong?

Buried under a tree and uncovered was our camper. Aaron was polite enough to help us wheel it out. His story? We wondered too, but heres what he told us. They had used and loved the camper with their family.

Then it started to get a little harder to lift. This is a common problem as the Apache trailers age and they need to have the chains replaced. Aaron started the project but then got injured. So she sat. We didn’t know how hard he tried and all the times he asked for assistance but we knew, even for us, it was a big undertaking.
